该模块可满足市场上需要WIFI方案的厂商需求,如WIFI门铃、WIFI智能锁、智能窗帘、远程监控、WIFI插座等,并同德州仪器现有模块CC3200MOD完全Pin to Pin兼容,该产品完全国产化,并采用0402工艺,大大降低了生产成本,比CC3200MOD具有明显价格优势。

LK00130(以下简称模块)是一款采用TI最新的SimpleLine WIFI CC3200芯片设计,集成了高性能ARM Cortex-M4 的MCU;同时可根据客户需求定制如下外设:如并行摄像头接口,I2S,SD/MMC,UART,SPI,I2C,ADC 和GPIO;支持802.11 b/g/n无线标准;

(1) WIFI的使用环境,无线信号应用都受周围环境的影响很大,如树木、金属等障碍物会对无线信号有一定的吸收,从而在实际应用中,数据传输的距离受一定的影响。
(2) 由于WIFI模块都要配套现有的系统,放置在外壳中,由于金属外壳对无线射频信号是有屏蔽作用的。所以建议不要安装在金属外壳中。
(3) PCB布板:WIFI模块的天线部分,由于金属会削弱天线的功能,在给模块布板的时候,模块天线(天线的左右及前端)下面严禁铺地和走线,若能挖空更好。
